Safety Performance
We work safe - or not at all. Our safety philosophy is implemented throughout the entire company and is therefore valid for every employee. Extensive qualifications, training and complex registration procedures are a matter of course for our staff. By doing this we protect the health of our employees and all others involved in the project. Moreover we prevent the eventuality of your construction project being unexpectedly made public in the headlines of the press. Our hard efforts have paid off: for many years our accident frequency rates have been mere fractions of the German construction industry`s average.
Sophisticated projects
We are specialised in sophisticated projects. All Mainka employees are well versed in the high demands of our customers from the chemical industry, the energy industry or special logistics, for example. We are at home wherever construction work proves difficult. This means work performed during ongoing operations, explosion-prone areas, work entailing respiratory equipment, tight deadlines and close coordination with others involved in construction work are conditions which we work with on a daily basis. We take care of the construction work so that you can focus on your key business.
Interface coordination
We manage all relevant interfaces. Our daily (construction) experience shows- either because of ongoing operations or having other companies involved in the project - that diverse interfaces have to be monitored and coordinated. Because of our extensive experience we keep control of these numerous interfaces and are, moreover, able to optimise processes and prevent potential difficulties early on.
High percentage of own staff
We are in the position to execute the main areas of construction work with our own staff. Thus we clearly distinguish ourselves from other construction companies who understand themselves as managers and only "resell" their own work to subcontractors. Construction site staff at Mainka accounts for around 75% of the company`s total workforce. With regular workshops and training we ensure the highest safety and quality standards.
Customer orientation
We want satisfied customers and we want to intensify the cooperation in the long run through excellent work on every project. The fact that we generate more than 80 percent of our turnover from our existing customer base shows our customer orientation and supports our strategy.
Established partners
Especially in turnkey construction projects, we rely on cooperation with established partners. When a project contains tasks that are not part of our range of services, we focus on cooperation with approved and well-known partners. For this reason, we do not only commit ourselves to the strict safety and quality approach, but also our partners with whom we may be required to cooperate during a project.
Project flexibility
We work as your partner, irrespective of the project size. Whether the construction of a new plant, maintanance of an existing plant, a major contract or a minor job, satisfied customers are our objective.This means that we focus on handling our customers’ construction jobs, irrespective of the volume of the contract or the geographical location.
Contract type
We have gained a wide range of experience with different types of contracts. Project-specific conditions and constraints require the right type of contract. Whether a question of classic scopes of services, lump-sum contracts, guaranteed maximum prices, framework agreements or alliance contracts, we are able to adapt to your contractual requirements.
