Tasks
- You will be responsible for the costing of challenging projects in building construction / civil engineering as well as the support of colleagues in turnkey construction
- You will be involved in the selection and acquisition of projects
- You evaluate customer inquiries and advise the management on the selection of projects to be processed
- You are the contact person for our customers in the bidding phase
- You work out different offer variants and special proposals in cooperation with the work preparation department and the project management
- You identify opportunities and risks and evaluate them
- You will lead the final costing meeting with the management, the project management and the work preparation department before submitting the offer
- You take part in contract negotiations with the management and the project management
- You review contracts with regard to agreed services, unit prices and discounts
- You review tender documents
- You advise and support our customers in technical matters
Your Profile
- Completed civil engineering studies (FH / TU / Uni) or comparable technical training
- Several years of professional experience in costing
- Experienced handling of costing software, ideally RIB iTwo
- Practical experience in construction execution
- Team and communication skills
- Flexibility and customer orientation
- Fun in the coordinatin of complex processes
- Confident handling of the MS Office package, especially Excel
