Award for excellent quality of Apprenticeship

On March 23, 2023, we were awarded a seal of approval for the second time by the Osnabrück-Emsland-Grafschaft Bentheim Chamber of Industry and Commerce as a company for particularly high-quality Apprenticeship.

The certification process includes a short initial check, a detailed questionnaire, advice from the IHK training consultants and a detailed audit with HR experts from other regional companies. Criteria such as high Apprenticeship quality, good support for trainees and transparent training communication are taken into account here. Further training opportunities also play a role here.

The quality seal is an orientation aid for potential trainees when choosing their training company. For the trainees themselves, the seal is also an indicator of good training.

We are proud to be one of the 65 (out of a total of around 2,700) training companies in the Osnabrück-Emsland-Grafschaft Bentheim economic region that have been awarded this seal.
