Over the course of one week, a stair tower of site concrete was built to a height of 38 m using a slipform process. The prefabricated stairs were later inserted from the top with a truck-mounted crane and placed on the consoles. At the same time, concrete work was started for the foundation of a high rack storage facility sized 80 by 36 meters.
After the shell of the service building was completed, fit-out started immediatly. Foundation work for pipeline bridges , tank pits and various smaller components was carried out on an ongoing basis. Futhermore, closely coordinated canalization and pipeline construction work was completed, as were all roads and outdoor areas.
