For our client Bayer, a modern laboratory and office complex with an integrated greenhouse is being constructed in Monheim. The project is being delivered on a turnkey basis and includes both planning and the complete technical building services. Special requirements such as high flexibility in laboratory use, state of the art building technology and a sustainable construction approach are central to the project’s realisation.
The project is characterised by close cooperation with the client within the framework of Mainka Project Partnering. It combines cutting edge laboratory areas with flexible office units and a highly specialised greenhouse facility.
