Construction of a New Gas Terminal in Emden

For our client Gassco, we constructed a new gas terminal in Emden — a central facility for energy supply. The project included extensive earthworks, concrete and reinforced‑concrete works, asphalt construction as well as the complete technical building services (TGA).

With around 150,000 m³ of excavated soil, 10,000 m³ of concrete and 25,000 m² of asphalt surfaces, a highly complex infrastructure was created for the safe handling and onward transfer of gas. All works were carried out during ongoing operations and included the execution of media‑tight surfaces.
