Each sister company operates independently, while at the same time expanding the overall capabilities of the group.
Close collaboration enables tailored solutions for our clients: efficient use of resources, pooled know-how, short communication channels and consistently high Mainka safety standards. We pass these synergies directly on to our clients.

Management

Safe with Our Team

For more than 130 years, Mainka has stood as a family owned company for reliability and responsibility. What began as a stone setting and civil engineering business has grown into a strong partner for demanding industrial construction projects.

Our management continues these values: with commercial strength and technical expertise, they are steering Mainka into the future — consistently maintaining our commitment to quality and occupational safety.

"As an owner managed family business, we are proud of our roots and our identity. For us, occupational safety is more than an obligation — it is deeply embedded in our corporate philosophy. Together as a team, we work every day to evolve further and to improve, especially in the area of safety.

Standing still is not an option for us. With courage and innovative ideas, we aim not only to meet the increasing demands of the industry but also to actively contribute to delivering top performance safely. By 2030, our goal is to further develop our capabilities and internal structures to take efficiency, quality and occupational safety to a new level. This is how we intend to remain the construction company that our clients think of first when it comes to safe and seamless project delivery."

With the company since 1996.
