Construction projects for chemicals, energy and logistics
We plan, construct, renovate and maintain industrial buildings safely, reliably and with many years of experience. Our focus is on complex projects in sensitive industrial environments such as chemical parks, power stations, refineries, energy infrastructure and large logistics sites.
Construction of a Bipolar Converter Station in Meerbusch
For our client Siemens Energy, a bipolar converter station was constructed in Meerbusch on an area of around 13 hectares. Within a short construction period, buildings with a total floor area of approximately 30,000 square metres were completed on a turnkey basis — including planning, technical building services and coordination within a joint venture.
The project placed the highest demands on scheduling and ongoing coordination but was nevertheless delivered on time despite its complexity.
Following the successful handover of all buildings, the main construction phase has been completed and technical commissioning is prepared. In parallel, landscaping activities and the final installation of the technical areas are underway.
With this large‑scale project, we are making a strong contribution to the energy transition and demonstrating our capability in delivering demanding infrastructure projects in the energy sector.
