We plan, construct, renovate and maintain industrial buildings safely, reliably and with many years of experience. Our focus is on complex projects in sensitive industrial environments such as chemical parks, power stations, refineries, energy infrastructure and large logistics sites.
Construction of the “Solida 1” Pharmaceutical Production Facility
Construction of the “Solida 1” Pharmaceutical Production Facility in Leverkusen
With “Solida 1”, one of the world’s most modern pharmaceutical production facilities has been built in Leverkusen — and we were able to play a key role from the first idea through to completion.
The project set new standards: a modular building structure, state‑of‑the‑art cleanroom technology, digital infrastructure, and highly automated processes. The demands on precision, hygiene, and safety were exceptionally high — and together with our project partners, we successfully met all of them.
Our scope of work included earthworks, concrete and steel construction, façade works, interior finishing, and the construction of the outdoor facilities. Thanks to clearly defined standards, intensive training, and our strong safety culture, we created an environment in which all project participants could rely on each other at every stage.
Figures and facts:
- Earthworks
- Formwork and reinforcement works
- Work during ongoing operations
