Construction projects for chemicals, energy and logistics
We plan, construct, renovate and maintain industrial buildings safely, reliably and with many years of experience. Our focus is on complex projects in sensitive industrial environments such as chemical parks, power stations, refineries, energy infrastructure and large logistics sites.
Construction of the Covestro Campus Lot 1
Construction of the Covestro Campus Lot 1, Leverkusen
For our client Covestro, we constructed the Campus Lot 1 office building within the Chempark Leverkusen. The project included earthworks, reinforced‑concrete construction, façade works and extended pipeline works.
A particular challenge lay in the implementation of the light‑flooded atrium with its complex structural design, as well as the integration of reinforced‑concrete precast elements. Thanks to precise planning and close, partnership‑based collaboration, the building was completed on schedule — after more than 150,000 accident‑free working hours.
Figures and facts:
- Extended pipeline works
- Masonry works
- Earthworks
- Road construction / asphalt works
- Sewer and pipeline construction
- Reinforced‑concrete construction
- Reinforced‑concrete precast elements
