Construction of a New Administration and Service Centre
Construction of a New Administration and Service Centre
For our client BP, we delivered the turnkey construction of a modern administration and service centre in Lingen as part of a joint venture. The project comprised an administration building with a company canteen, a fire station with control room and training tower, a laboratory building and a workshop — totalling around 20,000 m² gross floor area.
In addition to concept, planning approval and execution planning, we also took on the complete technical building services as well as the turnkey delivery of all trades. The project was complemented by the design and construction of approx. 30,000 m² of outdoor facilities.
Figures and facts:
- Draft, permit and implementation planning of the buildings and technical building installations
- Turkney completion of all trades
- Administrative building with plant canteen (about 8,000 m² GFA)
- Fire department with control station and fire department exercise tower (about 6,000 m² GFA)
- Laboratory building (about 2,000 m² GFA)
