New construction of a foil factory
Construction of a New Film Production Facility
For our client Covestro, we completed the turnkey construction of a state‑of‑the‑art film production plant — including planning and full technical building equipment. The project included earthworks, concrete and reinforced‑concrete works, façade works, and full interior construction.
Particular challenges included executing the work during ongoing operations and integrating complex drainage systems. With around 18,000 m³ of excavation, 6,000 m³ of concrete, and 6,000 m² of façade surface, we delivered a production facility that meets the highest standards of precision and quality.
