Construction of a New Test Hall with Office Building and Traversing Hall
For our client NKT, we delivered a turnkey construction project comprising a state‑of‑the‑art test hall, a traversing hall, and an office building. The project included a 2,000 m² industrial floor designed for air‑cushion vehicles as well as a 3,500 m² semi‑rigid pavement serving as a storage area for cable reels weighing up to 150 tonnes.
Technical highlights included the construction of an underground ice storage system for building heating and process cooling, and a concrete rainwater retention basin. In addition, we executed extensive pipeline works up to DN710 and installed the complete technical building equipment.
With this project, we created a facility that meets the highest standards of functionality and precision.
