We plan, construct, renovate and maintain industrial buildings safely, reliably and with many years of experience. Our focus is on complex projects in sensitive industrial environments such as chemical parks, power stations, refineries, energy infrastructure and large logistics sites.

Turnkey Construction of a Multi‑purpose Arena
A special project in our hometown: for the City of Lingen, we delivered the turnkey construction of the EmslandArena — a modern event venue that today enriches the cultural life of the region.
The project comprised 6,000 m³ of earthworks, 6,500 m³ of concrete, 750 t of reinforcement steel and 18,000 m² of formwork. This was supplemented by approx. 3,000 m of pipeline construction, 11,000 m² of paved surfaces, a 10,000‑ton frost protection layer, and the sealing of 5,500 m² of roof area.
In addition to the classic earthworks, concrete and reinforced‑concrete works, we undertook the execution and planning approval processes, as well as the complete technical building services including planning. The construction of media‑tight surfaces and full interior works rounded off the project.
For us, the EmslandArena is more than just a building — it is a part of our home, and we are proud to have delivered this project successfully.
