Tasks
- Construction supervision of cost, scheduling, performance scope and quality aspects
- Coordination and control of the construction site
- Support / supervision of planning performance phases 3 - 5 HOAI
- Supervision of procurement processes for hiring subcontractor
- calculation of building services and preparation of bills of quantities
- Participation in customer meetings and company presentations
- Support of projects during the guarantee period
Your Profile
- Completed studies of building service engineering / technician / master craftsman or comparable technical education
- Ideally several years of experience with planning and installation of building technology systems
- Specialized skills in supply technology, particularly special calculations
- Good knowledge of relevant DIN regulations
- Computer skills: CAD, Windows applications
- Ability to work in a team, creativity and willingness to work across disciplines in a planning team
