Tasks

  • Independent costing for the HVAC trades and coordination of costings from external partners
  • Coordination of the offer/project team as well as external project participants for the technical conception of the costing project
  • Elaboration of optimizations, saving potentials and special proposals
  • Conducting subcontractor inquiries together with the purchasing department
  • Pointing out opportunities/risks when handing over the order to the processing team or during order negotiations

Your Profile

  • Completed studies / technician / master craftsman in the field of supply engineering / building services engineering or comparable technical training
  • Ideally several years of experience in the calculation of building services installations
  • Expert knowledge in supply engineering, especially technical calculations
  • Good knowledge of the relevant DIN regulations
  • Good computer skills: CAD, Windows applications  
  • Ability to work in a team, creativity and willingness to act in an interdisciplinary manner in a planning team
