Tasks
- Specialized project management and construction management considering costs, deadlines, scope of services and quality
- Coordination and control of the construction site
- Support / accompaniment in the planning of service phases 3 - 5 HOAI
- Supporting purchasing processes to acquire subcontractors
- If necessary, calculation of building services and preparation of specifications
- Participation in customer meetings
- Supervision of projects during the warranty period
Your Profile
- Completed studies / technician / master craftsman (m/f/d) in the field of energy and building technology or comparable technical education
- Ideally several years of experience in the planning and completion of technical building systems
- Specialized knowledge of energy and building technology, in particular technical calculations
- Good knowledge of the relevant DIN regulations
- Good IT skills: CAD, Windows applications
- Ability to work in a team, creativity and willingness to work across disciplines in a planning team
