Turnkey construction of a new industrial hall
Turnkey Construction of an Industrial Hall
For our client 3M Deutschland, we delivered the turnkey construction of a modern industrial hall. The project included earthworks, concrete and reinforced‑concrete works, façade works, as well as complete interior construction.
A key focus was the technical building equipment (TGA), which we fully planned and implemented. Equally important was the creation of media‑tight surfaces to meet the highest safety and quality standards.
With around 3,000 m³ of concrete, 250 tonnes of reinforcement, and approximately 3,500 m² of façade surface, we constructed an industrial hall that meets the highest requirements for functionality, safety, and technical performance.
Figures and facts:
- Earthworks
- Concrete works
- Reinforced concrete works
- finishing works
- Drainage systems
- Interior works
- Production of media-tight surfaces
